Evictions
We charge flat fees plus costs for landlord eviction matters. There may be additional fees if there is a response from the tenant and a show-cause hearing is required or if filing a motion for relief from stay is necessary. Our assistance includes initiating the process with the service of a proper notice through to the physical removal of a tenant.
Eviction Intake
To get started, we will need the following from you:
- A copy of the rental agreement and any amendments
- A copy of the notice which was served if done. Otherwise, we will assist with this step
- The name of the legal owner of the property.
- The tenant's social security number and/or date of birth
